See Monterey is the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for Monterey County including the cities and areas of Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Sand City, Marina, Salinas, Moss Landing, and South County. We promote our destination including our world renowned attractions: Monterey Bay Aquarium, WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Monterey wine country and iconic Pebble Beach. Understanding that all Super Humans need time to rest, relax and recharge, See Monterey provides paid PTO benefits to all team members. In addition, See Monterey offers paid days off for Holidays, Floating Holidays, Bereavement, Jury Duty and Social Responsibility. Also, our team works on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and the option of working up to 2 days remotely from home.
