Members of the public may participate in meetings in-person or virtually on Zoom. If you choose not to attend the meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please email your comment to Administration@SeeMonterey.com no later than three hours prior to the meeting start time, and your comment will be placed into the record of the meeting.
