Big Sur Food & Wine Festival

Indulge in fantastic food, great wines and exquisite scenery at the Big Sur Food and Wine Festival. Local and visiting restaurateurs, resorts and wineries from all over will team up for dinners and tastings at unique Big Sur locations. Proceeds from the event benefit health, safety, art and educational programs in the area.

Wine Tastings and Special Events

The Big Sur Food and Wine Festival kicks off on Thursday with a stellar Opening Night Reception at Ventana Big Sur. The event will include an array of sips and tastes from local chefs and wineries including dishes from Carmel Valley Ranch, Seventh and Dolores, Salt Wood Kitchen and Bernardus.

Friday offers a "Pinot Walkabout" where guests will enjoy spectacular views at the luxurious Post Ranch Inn alongside tastes from 20 wineries and 6 chefs. There will also be a hiking with stemware activity and a Sommelier Dinner at the Big Sur Roadhouse. 

The ever-popular Wine & Swine dining event takes place on Saturday at the Hentry Miller Library. Chefs will prepare pork inspired dishes that will be served with plenty of wine, of course!
