Celebrate Easter Sunday at Rio Grill

Coastal Roots Hospitality will celebrate Easter Sunday (April 20) with delicious twists at its three landmark restaurants.

Rio Grill in Carmel will open one hour early to welcome guests for a festive and flavorful Easter brunch. Whether you're gathering with friends, family, or simply treating yourself, each restaurant has crafted the following unique dishes, paired with signature hospitality, to help make the holiday memorable:

Easter menu:

  • Wood-Grilled Swordfish with orange achiote-beurre blanc, mushroom-goat cheese polenta, and rainbow Swiss chard
  • Smoked Prime Rib (12 oz.) with horseradish crème fraîche, chipotle onion marmalade, Asiago-scalloped potatoes and charred jumbo asparagus
  • Brunch additions:
  • Huevos Rancheros with corn tortillas, sunny-side-up eggs, spinach chorizo, black beans, ranchero salsa, queso fresco and lime crema
  • Bacon Avocado Toast with poached eggs, smashed avocado, burrata, sea salt, grilled tomato, lemon oil drizzle and crushed red pepper flakes on country bread
