Le Soufflé is a fine dining traditional French soufflé restaurant in the magical village of Carmel-by-the-Sea. It is the product of a young woman’s dream that developed over 20 years and came to fruition the day that Lisa & Tyler Foreman met Ivan Samchenko, the incredibly talented and dedicated Chef & Co-Owner of Le Soufflé. We have been working since that day to create an experience for our guests that emulates the refined comfort one envisions when planning a special night out.
When you enter our restaurant, you are being taken care of by people who all share the love of true hospitality which is simply making people happy. Your dining experience will always be orchestrated by Lisa, Ivan and our valued employee, Rebeca (Beca).
