Jeju Kitchen offers traditional Korean dishes handed down generationally from my great grandmother to my mother as well as California inspired fusion dishes by me. Named after Jeju Island which is the 'Hawaii of South Korean' known for its bountiful produce just like Monterey County being known as the 'salad bowl of the world'. From dishes I remember from childhood such as Jajangmyeon Noodles to innovative modern twists as Kimchi Mac 'n' Cheese, it's nothing short of fun and flavorful.
