Pick out your favorite baguette or ciabatta and stop by The Meatery afterward to pick up some amazing charcuterie. Every product offered here is created in-house, including prime beef, locally farmed chicken, sausages, brisket and beef ribs, in addition to other hot food items and incredible sandwiches.

Golf at Bayonet and Black Horse
Grab your golf clubs because it’s time to hit the links. Head up to Bayonet Golf Course if you’re looking for a challenge, with its narrow playing corridors and steep, penal bunkering, making it one of the most difficult tests of golf on the Monterey Peninsula. Or, try your hand at Black Horse Golf Course, featuring sweeping vistas of the Pacific, highlighted by fescue-framed fairways, bunkers with distinctive, serrated edges and slickly-contoured greens.

After perfecting your swing in the morning, head over to Googie Grill for some post-golf grub. This place is mostly known for their breakfast, but they are open until early afternoon so this is a great spot for a late breakfast or brunch. Locally owned and loved, The Butter House offers a delightful fusion of American classics with Filipino and Pacific Islander flavors. Since opening in August 2019, it has become a cherished spot, supported by a vibrant and diverse community.
