Shearwater Tavern and Carmel Mission Inn welcome hotel guests and the local community to “Caviar Holiday Jams” an evening of holiday cheer taking place Thursday, December 12th, from 6 pm to 9 pm. This one-of-a-kind event brings together elevated bites and sips by popular purveyors as well as festive family fun, set inside the cozy tavern and the hotel’s charming, heated courtyard.

Located along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, Shearwater Tavern has partnered with Mt. Lassen Caviar to showcase locally harvested Mountain Springwater Caviar, perfectly paired with a selection of sparkling beverages sponsored by Chateau Ste. Michelle. Guests will have the opportunity to savor delectable caviar alongside house-made blinis, classic accompaniments, and an array of festive holiday desserts. In addition, Shearwater Tavern’s everyday menu of approachable California fare will be available.

Providing a festive experience for all ages, children are encouraged to join in the festivities with hands-on holiday cookie decorating, making this a truly family-friendly celebration. Setting the perfect tone for the evening, George Woods will serenade guests with soulful live music, creating a warm and inviting holiday atmosphere.
