Rio Grill in Carmel is introducing its new seasonal menu that puts the spotlight on some of fall’s most mouthwatering delicacies — including exquisite pan-seared scallops. Both Rio Grill and Tarpy’s will feature pan-seared diver scallops on their new menus. Rio’s is pan-seared in butter until caramelized and golden-hued on both sides, served with exotic squid ink fettuccine pasta fresh from Pasta Palate in Carmel, smoky grilled corn and asparagus and topped with an ancho chile cream sauce.
