This Thanksgiving, The Lantern Room will offer an exclusive 3-course meal helmed by Resident Culinary Advisor Paul Corsentino and executed by Executive Chef Jose Velasquez, diners can indulge in classic Thanksgiving fare with added seasonal flare and locally-sourced ingredients from the California Coast.

Menu highlights include Whipped Sweet Potato Puree with candied walnuts and Cider Glazed Brussels Sprouts with apple cider; Roasted Tomato and Fennel Soup topped with brioche croutons and herb pistou, Seared Sea Scallops with artichoke puree, roasted cauliflower, and mizuna, along with a selection of fresh salads. For the main course, guests can enjoy Grilled Flank Steak with potato puree, creamed kale, and grilled trumpet mushrooms; Roasted Turkey with chestnut stuffing, cranberry compote, giblet gravy, and watercress; Ora King Salmon paired with basmati rice, pomegranate relish, golden raisins, and spinach; or a delectable Butternut Squash Black Truffle Risotto topped with fine herbs and parmesan cheese. To finish on a sweet note, classic desserts will be offered like Pumpkin Cheesecake, Ginger Scented Warm Bread Pudding, Chocolate Pot de Creme, and Lemon Tart.
