We had the opportunity to meet with Meredith Burns, Chief Development Officer of American Association for Justice. She shared more about her role and her most recent event in Monterey!
MEET MEREDITH BURNS
Meredith Burns is the Chief Development Officer of the American Association for Justice. The American Association for Justice promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguards victims' rights particularly the right to trial by jury and strengthens the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.
She lives in Washington DC and has worked for the American Association for Justice for 16 years.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU BOOK MEETINGS/EVENTS IN MONTEREY COUNTY? WHERE HAVE YOU HOSTED EVENTS/MEETINGS IN THE AREA?
This was our first event in Monterey County in over 15 years. The last time we had an event in Monterey was also at the Monterey Plaza.

See Monterey was instrumental in helping us plan our event. Business Development Executive, Rick Hud took time to understand our event and recommended local vendors who helped pull everything together.
WHY IS MONTEREY COUNTY A GREAT PLACE TO HOST A MEETING?
There was so much to offer our members to see and do. The partners we worked with onsite were all wonderful.

We hosted a sit-down dinner at the Monterey Bay Aquarium which was a special and memorable event.
