The Gallery's mission is simple, to support local artists working in a variety of mediums and modalities and to offer customers affordable prices for one-of-a-kind treasures. Since the beginning, Artisana Gallery has worked with more than 500 artisans and their families. The Gallery's focus is on original artwork with a global artisan feel. Entrants to the Gallery will immediately notice its cavernous interior and wall to wall inventory. A tour of the gallery delights shoppers looking for something special for themselves or someone else. If they want to memorialize their trip to Pacific Grove look no further than the wall on the right, where stunning local photography and visual art of Pacific Grove and the Central Coast await. On the left, large geodes of amethyst, rose quartz and other specimens fit for commanding the center of a table in the office or living room, hefty Big Sur Jade Sculpture and smaller pieces can be picked up for children or placed in a purse or pocket for constant companionship. Towards the back, to clear the mind and ease the soul, a variety of high-quality essential oil candles, incense and aromatherapy products abound. Handmade Jewelry, Pottery, Statuary, Metal Arts, and Windchimes are also available. Passionate about Pacific Grove, Artisana also stocks Pacific Grove themed merchandise, including locally printed postcards, stickers, magnets, mugs, hats and clothing produced just down the road in Monterey, exclusively available through Artisana Gallery. The emphasis on local and original pieces ensures a unique, one of a kind experience while working to keep local dollars in local pockets and supporting the growth of local and independent artisans.
