This vibrant evening in The Club Room promises a culinary adventure, showcasing the flavors of Mexico with each dish thoughtfully crafted to complement the distinctive qualities of Espolón Tequila.

Start the evening with Chips, Salsa & Guacamole paired with a refreshing Cadillac Margarita, followed by a series of mouthwatering courses like Street Tacos, Chicken Tamales, and Pozole, each paired with a perfect Espolón tequila. End the night with a decadent Ghirardelli Chocolate Flan, paired with an Espresso Martini, for a sweet finish.

Executive Chef Carl Ashurst and the Espolón Tequila Ambassador will share their passion behind the menu and pairings, offering guests a deeper understanding of the craft that makes this dinner truly extraordinary. Throughout the evening, guests will also enjoy the ambiance of Spanish Guitar music performed by Eric Jarmie, adding to the unforgettable experience.
